Only one account per user is allowed on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts, either personally or through third-party proxy access arrangements, constitutes a breach of this Agreement and will be grounds for immediate suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

We may require you to verify your identity at any time during or after registration for an account on the Platform. This includes but is not limited to providing government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and/or financial information as requested by us.

You agree that all details provided in relation to your account must be accurate and up-to-date at all times. We will rely solely upon these details for communication or verification purposes related to your account usage on the Platform.

You are fully responsible for safeguarding the security of your passwords and for ensuring no unauthorized persons gain access to your account, whether by using lost/stolen hardware or through other means. Failure to do so may result in loss or theft of funds associated with your account without liability on our part.

You are responsible for safeguarding the security of all login credentials, including passwords. You acknowledge that sharing login details is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate suspension or closure of accounts involved, potentially leading to confiscation of any winnings obtained through such misuse.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our Platform:

Sharing, using, or attempting to use stolen login credentials;
Using the Platform for syndication;
Participating in discussions regarding betting strategies while engaged with your account activity.

We reserve the right at any time to close accounts suspected of being used by third-party proxy access arrangements or where abuse is detected, including but not limited to cases where winnings obtained through such misuse may have been confiscated, potentially without notice.

Bonus and Promotion Rules:

All bonuses are subject to specific terms & conditions displayed clearly during acceptance.
Winnings from bonus play require a minimum of one wager on the bonus amount before withdrawals can be processed.
Abuse or exploitation in relation to bonuses may result in cancellation of said bonus, along with any associated winnings.

Wagering and Gameplay Conditions:

Minimum bets apply to most games as specified during gameplay.
Any form of betting restriction imposed due to account restrictions must be complied with without further notice.
Gaming limitations include but are not limited to deposit limits, time-outs, session reminders, reality checks, and temporary self-exclusion periods.

If we suspect that you have manipulated or exploited bonuses in any way, including but not limited to exploiting bonus amounts through betting patterns of high/low, we may confiscate associated winnings without notice or warning prior to taking action on these grounds. All such instances are thoroughly reviewed before making a decision.

Deposits and Withdrawals:

Verification procedures must be completed within 4 working days post request.
If additional documentation is required for verification purposes after initial deposit submission has been made; delays may incur in processing withdrawals until such times as requirements have been fulfilled.

Before we can process your withdrawal, you might need to provide additional information about yourself. Well only do this if its necessary and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Processing and Review Procedures:

All deposits are subject to our right of refusal based on a legitimate reason.
Withdrawals are processed within 10-15 minutes, although some delays may incur due to processing or regulatory review requirements.

While operating within acceptable parameters, technical interruptions will not void gameplay.
In cases where an error occurs, all actions performed during such time may be void at our discretion prior to any action taken in this regard.

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if there is evidence of fraud or breach of these Terms and Conditions. This decision will not affect our obligation to pay winnings accrued up until suspension/termination occurred.

All intellectual property rights, including without limitation copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, know-how, databases and other rights in the Materials, are owned by or licensed to us and may be protected under applicable laws. You agree that you will not infringe any such rights.

We make no warranties of any kind regarding the Platform, including but not limited to performance, security, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of our Materials is at your own risk.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated or modified by us from time-to-time. Any new terms will automatically become binding upon you once they have been posted to the Platform.
